Fact: these guys need way more stars. Don't trust the number. It's definitely 4 stars.
delivery time ain't quick. Not worth dipping into the stars for.
Pizza is good.
I got the jumbo pizza and asked for them to slice it big.... They also gave me extra chillies, delivered to hotel... I would say delivery times are long waits.... But they delivered on time and did what I asked and it's absolutely worth 40$!!!!! It also tasted good ... My friends have filmed a video which I am sad I can't share because it really is sexy. Nothing like shoving a giant cheesy slice into your face wearing a ball gown.
GET THE JUMBO PIZZA AND FEED 100 PPL enjoy and definitely try this if you're visiting the USA! -

I ordered pizza and fries for my works Friday lunch and ended up in an interesting situation. Unfortunately due to a mixup the driver did not bring our order of fries. But he took the time to drive back to their location pick up the rest of the order and bring it to us. Of course, that did take some time, so by the time the fries arrived they were cold and soggy.
So, I called the location and they put me in touch with the manager Sergio. I explained the situation and expressed my disappointment. Sergio understood what happened and immediately offered to credit us for the part of the order that was unsatisfactory. He was very nice and showed professionalism. So I think he deserves this review for how he handled the situation.
I want to note also that the pizza was really good. Huge slice for the price and very fulfilling. That alone was a full meal in itself. Anyways, we'll definitely be ordering from here again! -

Avoid. First off to understand where my frustration comes from let first tell you that I was a delivery driver in college and after with over 6 years doing the job. And as a delivery driver for pizza shops and other places I understand the difference between a spiteful customer making something out of nothing and a situation where you messed up. They messed up.
My new job sent me to Chicago to train. I had to drive down and do a full day of training before checking in at the hotel. So once I got to the hotel I just wanted to chill. I decided to order a pizza. It was Tuesday, typically a slow night in the food service world. First off it was not a cheap pizza, and when there's a premium like that attached there's typically is a better service provided. Despite being in a convenient straight shot location basically just down the road from the shop, the pizza was over an hour late. When I called the store I was told that their driver got lost on another order while also out on mine. There is virtually nothing between the shop and my hotel, definitely no place you could get lost. For him to get lost he would have had to go in a completely different direction. As an experienced delivery driver I can tell you that you do not send one driver out on multiple deliveries if they are scattered around town. If you have to pass the shop on your way to your next delivery anyways you might as well just leave it there so it can stay warm or possibly be taken quicker by another driver. The shop also told me it would be only 5 more minutes, it was over half an hour after that call.
The driver shows up and initially tries to leave the pizza at the front desk instead of bringing it up to the room. This is fine if it is their policy, some places do that. But this was just him being lazy. The guy gets up to my room and he's dressed in gym clothes and has a very noticeable stench to him. I take the pizza, take a couple steps in to set it down on the counter and sign the check, and the guy just walks into my hotel room and lets the door closed behind him. This is a big big no no in the delivery world. Even if you are invited in you are not ever supposed to go into somebody's house/ room/ apartment/ect.
He did not have the pizza in any kind of warming bag at all. And the pizza was not in the slightest bit warm. It was clear that a pizza that had been ordered two and a half hours prior had not been kept in any kind of warmer at all. When the pizza had initially been cooked it had clearly been well over cooked and the whole bottom of the pizza was just black. I had asked for some plates with my order and they brought me foam plates. Okay fine, that's what the company chooses to use... but because my pizza was cold, for me to use the hotel room microwave I was forced to rip off a section of the box.
I attempted to contact the company online and have since been ignored.
As I said before, I was a delivery driver for years. I had a $10 bill that I was going to hand that driver because I know what it is like. I would tip more if I could afford to. I kept that $10 bill and for the first and only time in my life I did not tip a delivery driver. -

The pizza looks better than it's taste. Gets cold very quick. Had my stomach hurting very bad a hour after I ate it. Like it was old. Pretty sure they never made any fresh pizza that whole day. Smh
The only that was good was my soup. But come on now it's almost impossible to mess that up. I haven't tried anything else but i wont be going there again. -

Veeeeeery good pizza! I'm in love with the crust, so light and crunchy. All ingredients so fresh. Delicious pizza- definitely give it a try!
